The Role:

As Operations and Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for the daily supply chain operations flow of the Brava, a brand-new, disruptive cooking appliance. From forecasting, tactical supplier management and manufacturing capacity analysis to order fulfillment and end customer delivery, you will be helping bring a revolutionary technology into our customers’ homes. The role will interact closely with all functions across procurement, logistics, engineering and customer service. Our supply chain is global, so working across different time zones with both suppliers and our regional team in Asia will be part of the day-to-day. You will also work closely with our Marketing and Retail teams on forecast, channel distribution and other analysis required for future supply chain optimization and new product roadmaps.

Things You'll Own/Do:

  • Master forecast consolidation and individual weekly demand forecasting to our suppliers

  • Supply chain capacity analysis for current and future products

  • Cost analysis and value optimization for logistics and procurement

  • Order management and execution

  • Logistics management and direct vendor relationship responsibility with our 3PL partners

  • Serial number tracking, analysis and generation

  • Inventory level and SKU composition analysis

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of work experience in supply chain, manufacturing or other consumer goods operations

  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mind-set, with ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Ability to clearly define, organize and consistently meet timelines

  • Extreme attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and data management

  • Experience with demand and supply planning, 3PL management and e-commerce

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with freight rates and 3PL cost analysis

  • Experience with materials requirements planning

  • Experience in database creation and management
