The Role (Contract to Hire):

Brava’s Social Media & Content Coordinator is an organized and motivated team player that will help promote the Brava brand and products across social media channels and within our user community. S/he will work closely across our Marketing, Content, Culinary, Customer Care, User Research and Product teams to manage unique social marketing campaigns that focus on educating, inspiring and engaging our customers and ultimately helping to establish the Brava brand, drive user engagement and satisfaction with Brava products.  

Things You’ll Own/Do:

  • Manage and execute the company’s social media strategy (on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) on a day-to-day basis, including developing social content

  • Engage and manage the Brava community daily across all social channels, including:

    • Fostering a positive consumer experience

    • Monitoring and moderation of posts and content

    • Assistance with social giveaways and contests

  • Research and implement strategies to grow Brava’s social presence, including:

    • Keeping up with hashtags to identify potential conversation trends

    • Engagement with relevant brands

  • Report and provide relevant insights on all social media analytics

  • Coordinate the development, organization and delivery of social media assets and other brand content

  • Assist in vetting potential partners and influencers

  • Assist in ad hoc responsibilities and programs that offer exposure to additional areas of marketing and support marketing experience growth

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing for editorial, web or mobile projects, and 1+ years of experience managing social channels and developing social content for consumer technology, lifestyle or similar brand

  • Experience working with social listening, social monitoring and analytics tools

  • Strong prioritization, problem solving, project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to quickly analyze and react to novel challenges

  • You are knowledgeable about current food, lifestyle and tech landscapes and be passionate about bringing them together through images, videos and stories

  • You have a deep understanding and empathy for our users and potential customers is highly valued

  • You must speak the Brava language -- simple, honest, respectful of our customers; aspirational and inspiring but always approachable.
